Micromolecule Explanation:

Biomolecules are further divided into two categories i.e. micromolecules and macromolecules. Micromolecules as their name indicates are smaller, having low molecular weight as compare to macromolecules. These molecules are further classified into four biological micromolecules, such as, sugar, lipids, amino acids, fatty acids, phenolic compounds etc. Micromolecules, having tendency to either freestanding molecule like water, methane etc. and can even chained together to make a larger molecule. Similarly, glucose is also termed as micromolecule and is monomer unit which is relatively high.
