Preposition Notes:
Prepositions are the words which act like a bridge in a sentence to noun, pronoun or a clause. They act to connect people ,place and thing in order to give the right amount of information to the reader. These words actually act like a glue in a sentence. They mostly comes right after a noun so we can say that they are followed by noun or pronoun. Simple prepositions are words like at, for, in, off, on, over, and under. These prepositions commonly can be used to describe a location, time or place. Some examples are as follow "We located the key for the lock". "The car went through the tunnel." "I got a package from a friend." In some cases we also have the option of "double preposition" but the purpose is as same as single one to give the clear idea about the text. As our content will be meaningless if it goes without these connectors. Some example of double preposition are "Aside from singing, she also plays the piano at the bar". "My car is parked in front of the mailbox."
