Non Directive Interview Explanation:

An unstructured meeting or non-directive meeting is a meeting wherein questions are not prearranged. These non-order meetings are viewed as something contrary to an organized meeting which offers a set measure of institutionalized inquiries. The type of the unstructured meeting shifts generally, with certain inquiries being set up ahead of time in connection to a subject that the analyst or questioner wishes to cover. They will in general be more casual and free streaming than an organized meeting, much like a regular discussion.
