Employee Involvement Notes:
Worker commitment is a key idea in the push to comprehend and portray, both subjectively and quantitatively, the nature of the connection between an association and its representatives. A "connected with representative" is characterized as one who is completely consumed by and eager about their work thus makes positive move to advance the association's notoriety and interests. A connected with representative has an uplifting frame of mind towards the association and its qualities.
