Data and information regarding different stakeholders must be gathered/collected while identifying the stakeholders. One way to do this is brain writing. Brain writing is a modification of brainstorming technique which uses a group of people to generate new ideas in a creative and innovative way. As the participants have already thought about possible stakeholders individually, they discuss their ideas within the session and the results get refined through the discussion.
